All payments are securely processed through trusted third-party providers.

3. Cancellation Policy

Our experiences require advance preparation, fresh ingredient purchasing, staff scheduling and limited availability. For this reason, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • Cancellations made 30 days or less before the experience are non-refundable.

  • Cancel more than 14 days before the scheduled date: we refund the amount paid minus a €30 processing fee per booking (see Section 6).
  • Cancellations made 14 days or less before the experience are non-refundable.

Illness or Death of a Participant

  • If a participant cannot attend because of illness, or in case of death, with a medical or death certificate we refund the full amount paid, without the €30 fee, even 30 or 14 days or less before the date.

4. When Refunds Are Not Available

We are unable to provide refunds in the following situations:

  • Change of mind
  • Finding a lower price elsewhere
  • Deciding not to attend
  • Travel changes not related to force majeure
  • Late arrival
  • No-show

A no-show means the reserved spot could not be offered to other guests, and therefore the booking becomes non-refundable.

We understand that unexpected events can happen.

Refunds may be considered in cases of:

  • Documented serious medical emergency
  • Government travel restrictions
  • Natural disasters

Each case will be reviewed carefully and fairly.

When a refund is approved, including when you cancel in time (more than 30 days before the scheduled date for private experiences, more than 14 days for shared experiences; see Section 3), we refund the amount paid minus a €30 processing fee per booking. The fee covers the payment costs and the costs of handling the refund. It is not applied in case of illness or death of a participant (see Section 3).

The refund is issued by our staff to the same payment method used for the booking.

7. Minimum Participants

Some shared experiences require a minimum number of guests.

If the minimum is not reached, we may:

  • Offer an alternative date
  • Propose a private option (with possible price adjustment)
