Large Group Cooking Class Rome for Up to 100 Guests

The first question about a large group cooking class Rome is always the same: do we all fit? Yes: this format takes groups of up to 100 guests at Piazza Margana 22, in a single booking. If your group is bigger than that, write to the team before booking rather than splitting the party on your own. Within that limit the format is the same for everyone. The group chooses one menu, and that menu is a real class: fresh pasta and tiramisu, pizza and gelato, Roman carbonara, spritz and spaghetti, or gelato. The menu decides the duration, the price per person and the seats available, and all of it is shown before you confirm. What the container adds is the privatisation: the kitchen is closed to the public for your slot, so everyone at the counters is someone you know. A big number does not change how the class runs. Each guest works at a station and cooks a full portion, the chefs move between the counters, and everyone sits down to eat what the group has made, with wine among the inclusions of every menu. Dietary requirements are collected in advance; a standard menu cannot be made gluten free, not even as a single portion, so with a coeliac guest the whole group chooses one of the two gluten-free menus, available up to 30 guests, and for a larger group our staff can help you organise the event.

What's included in the price

  • Groups of up to 100 guests
  • Private room for your group
  • One menu for the whole group
  • Hands-on cooking for everyone
  • Wines included
  • Italian espresso included

Sample menu:

Although we provide an example of how the menu might look during this cooking class in Rome, some ingredients may vary and are subject to seasonal availability. Unless otherwise specified, all ingredients may contain gluten, lactose, peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, and sulfites in the wines served.

Amazing experience! We did a private class for our honeymoon and it was THE highlight of our whole trip! Francesca taught us how to make a tonnarelli pesto and a ravioli with red sauce. She was a great teacher and made it so easy and fun. 10/10 would recommend!

We have never done a cooking class and this one was phenomenal!! Francesca was so much fun and knowledgeable. We made 2 pasta dishes and tiramisu. Absolutely delicious! It was kind of nice as it was just us and another couple so had plenty of time to ask questions and was able to get to know her. Would 100% recommendation!!

Frequently Asked Questions

Up to 100 people with a single booking, all together at Piazza Margana 22. If your group is even bigger, write to our staff before you book, rather than splitting it up yourself.

Yes, the number of chefs grows with the number of guests, and the chefs move between the tables to follow everyone. Each person makes their own full portion, alone or in pairs depending on the step. At the end you sit down and eat what the group has cooked.

The price has two parts: a fee to reserve the room for your group, and the per-person price of the menu you choose, multiplied by the number of guests. You'll see the total in the booking panel before you confirm. For any question about your group's price, to pay by bank transfer or another method, including in installments, or to get an invoice, write to our staff.

The group pays the agreed total. If people are added, you only pay the difference for the extra spots. Send our staff your final number of participants as soon as possible, and the same goes for any change: write to us as soon as you know.

Yes, you can choose, for example, fresh pasta and tiramisù or pizza and gelato, but there's just one menu for the whole group. The other options are Roman carbonara, Spritz and Spaghetti, or gelato. The menu sets the length, the per-person price and the number of spots, and you see it all before you confirm.

A regular menu can't be made gluten-free, not even for one portion. With a guest who has celiac disease, the whole group chooses one of the two gluten-free menus, pasta and tiramisù or pizza and gelato, available for up to 30 guests; for a bigger group, our staff can help you organize the event. Our kitchen is not certified gluten-free.

Dietary needs are collected before the date, so the kitchen can prepare instead of improvising. Allergies must be flagged before you book. We don't accept guests with severe food allergies, because we can't rule out cross-contamination in the kitchen.

Yes, wine is included with every menu, along with water, soft drinks and espresso. We serve it before and during the meal, with no fixed number of glasses but always with common sense. If you'd like a bottle from our wine cellar, it can be added at an extra cost.

Yes: the format takes up to 100 people, but it also works for smaller groups, with the room always reserved for you. You choose a single menu, and you'll see the total in the booking panel before you confirm.

Unfortunately, the building has architectural barriers and isn't wheelchair accessible. For anyone who finds it hard to stand for a long time, there's a stool for every person.
