Amazing experience! We did a private class for our honeymoon and it was THE highlight of our whole trip! Francesca taught us how to make a tonnarelli pesto and a ravioli with red sauce. She was a great teacher and made it so easy and fun. 10/10 would recommend!

We have never done a cooking class and this one was phenomenal!! Francesca was so much fun and knowledgeable. We made 2 pasta dishes and tiramisu. Absolutely delicious! It was kind of nice as it was just us and another couple so had plenty of time to ask questions and was able to get to know her. Would 100% recommendation!!

So much fun! Pasta-making class. Francesca is absolutely amazing. She can make a chef out of a total incompetent. So patient!

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes: it's a hands-on workshop for your trip, with the whole class in a reserved room at Piazza Margana 22. Every student really cooks, and at the end everyone eats together what they've made. With a single booking you can be up to 100 people; for bigger groups, write to our staff.
By default it's held in English. Since it's a private format, you can ask for it in Italian or Spanish when you book.
Teachers cook with the class and count as participants, so they're included in the total. If a chaperone wants to come along without cooking, talk to our staff first. On the website you pay by card and with the methods shown at checkout; for bank transfer, other methods or an invoice, write to our staff.
Cooking starts from age 6. Minors always take part with their teachers or a responsible adult, never on their own. When you book, let us know the group is made up of minors: the table will be set without wine.
Yes, if the whole class chooses one of the two gluten-free menus: pasta and tiramisù, or pizza and gelato. A regular menu can't be made gluten-free, not even for a single portion. The gluten-free menus go up to 30 people; for a bigger class, write to our staff. Our kitchen is not certified gluten-free.
The hands-on workshop, the meal with the dishes prepared together, water and soft drinks, and in summer sometimes homemade lemonade. Wine and espresso are for adults only. The length depends on the menu chosen when you book.
It depends on the menu you choose: for example, gelato takes about an hour and a half, pizza and gelato about two and a half hours, and fresh pasta and tiramisù about three hours. That way you can fit it into your trip schedule: you'll see the open time slots in the booking panel.
We're at Piazza Margana 22, on the ground floor: a shop window onto the street, a historic green door and our logo on the glass. If you're running late, let us know as soon as you can, by phone, email or WhatsApp: in private classes we try to accommodate you.
Yes: a few minutes after the lesson an automatic email arrives with links to the recipes on our blog, so the students can make the dishes again at home. They can also take notes during the lesson.
Feel free to bring them: we have a supervised space where they can stay during the workshop.
