Pasta fresca e sughi romani

Delightful and Delicious!! Amazing!! We booked a pasta cooking class with "Italian Cooking Classes in Rome" last summer and loved it so much we brought more friends this summer!! Francesca is an amazing chef and teacher. We enjoyed our time in their beautiful teaching kitchen in Piazza Margana. In just 2.5 hours, we made fresh pasta and three Roman sauces: Cacio E Pepe, Carbonara, Amatriciana. It was so hard to pick a favorite. And the experience was SO FUN!! Francesca kept us laughing, wine was flowing, and the pastas were absolutely the BEST we ate in Rome!! I would highly recommend friends, families, couples, singles... to experience this cooking class. Booking directly from the website was easy and convenient. Our group of seven was joined by two others and we all enjoyed the company! I learned so much about how to make great pasta. THANK YOU SO MUCH, FRANCESCA, FOR A GREAT AFTERNOON AND DELICIOUS PASTA!!

A simply memorable experience 🍝🍷✨ We chose this cooking class for a bachelorette party and it turned into one of the most fun and beautiful moments of the weekend 😂 Between laughs, wine, fresh pasta and a bride who managed to come up with a new one about the carbonara every 5 minutes 😂👰♀️ Francesca had infinite patience! We made tiramisù, carbonara and amatriciana and it was all not only delicious, but also super engaging and organised to perfection. A special thank you to our chef Francesca, excellent, friendly and super engaging, and to Lidia who in the blink of an eye tidied up and set up the stations for the next stage without letting us lack anything ✨ For us they will remain “the 3 Fra” 😄 a truly professional, organised team, at the same time able to create a light and fun atmosphere. It was one of those experiences that make you feel really inside Rome 🇮🇹

Wonderful Pasta and Sauce Making with Francesca & Maria. This class was an add to our trip after attending a pre-booked Gelato class. Francesca and Maria were so fun, informative and helpful in the Gelato class that we booked the Pasta class. Absolutely loved the time spent with them learning so much about ingredients and traditional methods of pasta making as well as three different sauces. I can't wait to duplicate the dishes once home! My mother, daughter and me had a great time! We highly recommend their classes and feel that both were a great value. The amount of pasta per person was way more than we could eat and had to ask for small portions since we were eating all three! I just wish we had had the time to take their Pizza making class.
